TW1-1510N Staggered Axial Oblique Gear For Sewing M/C

A pair of helical gears with any helix angle are installed so that their axes are neither parallel nor intersecting, forming a staggered helical gear transmission. Therefore, staggered helical gear transmission is used to transmit motion and power between two staggered axes in space.

The single gear in the staggered axis helical gear transmission is the helical cylindrical gear. Compared with the helical gear transmission, the end face module and end face pressure angle of the two wheels of the staggered axis helical gear are not necessarily equal, and it is more suitable for transmitting motion or low power environments.
