1. Structure & Working Principle

This gear pair consists of:

  • Bevel Pinion (small gear) – connected to the input shaft, responsible for driving.

  • Bevel Gear (large gear) – mounted on the output shaft, transmitting motion at a right angle.

The spiral bevel design allows progressive tooth engagement, minimizing noise and vibration compared to straight bevel gears.
The teeth are precisely ground after heat treatment to ensure excellent contact accuracy, high load capacity, and long service life.
