Product introduction:

  • Principle of high-frequency quenching: High-frequency quenching uses high-frequency current to pass through the surface of the gear to quickly heat the gear surface to the quenching temperature and then cool quickly to achieve surface hardening. This process can significantly improve the hardness and wear resistance of the gear while maintaining the toughness of the core.
  • Gear grinding process: Gear grinding is a commonly used gear finishing process, used to improve gear accuracy and reduce gear noise. After high-frequency quenching, the accuracy of the gear may be affected due to the stress and deformation caused by quenching. Therefore, the gear grinding process can help eliminate these effects and improve the accuracy of the gear.
