20CrMnTi Shoe Upper Lasting Machine Gears HRC 52–62 Gear In China

Shoe upper lasting machine gears are heavy-duty core transmission parts for shoe upper lasting machines (upper stitching/lockstitch machines), including spur gears, bevel gears, rack & pinion gears, feed gears, crankshaft gears and duplex gears. They fit single/double-needle, automatic lubrication, automatic thread trimming and dual-drive lasting machines. Made of 40Cr/42CrMo/20CrMnTi high-strength alloy steel with quenching & tempering + induction/carburizing hardening, they feature high torque, impact resistance, wear resistance, anti-chipping and adaptability to humid/dusty environments. They transmit power for the main shaft, feed rollers, lasting mechanism, trimming mechanism and toe-lasting mechanism, ensuring uniform stitches, stable tension and precise stitch length in upper/sole stitching.
