20CrMnTi High Precision Zerol Bevel Gear For Industrial Machine In China

Zerol bevel gear is a special type of spiral bevel gear with midpoint spiral angle = 0°. Its tooth trace is curved but without helical inclination, intermediate between straight bevel and standard spiral bevel gears. It retains curved-tooth continuous meshing and point contact, while axial force is nearly zero, enabling interchangeability with straight bevel gear bearing systems. Made of 40Cr, 20CrMnTi, 42CrMo with carburizing/induction hardening, it features smooth transmission, low noise, no axial thrust, moderate load capacity and easy installation. Widely used for intersecting shaft (typically 90°) power transmission, forward/reverse rotation, limited space and bearing load-sensitive precision drive applications.
