20CrMnTi High Precision HRC25~38 Straight Bevel Gear For Industrial Machine 

Straight bevel gear is also named straight miter gear, tooth trace parallel to generating line of pitch cone, always applied in paired set. It transmits torque & rotary power between intersecting shafts (standard 90°, custom 0~180° optional). Main raw materials: 45# steel,40Cr,20CrMnTi,42CrMo, three heat-treatment options: normalized for economy, induction hardening for medium load, carburizing hardening for heavy load; precision grade ISO6~9 / JIS4~7, design based on big-end module. Widely used for reducer, agricultural machinery, packaging machine, machine tool, construction machinery, auto differential and automation steering unit, suitable for low/medium speed with linear speed ≤5m/s, featuring simple structure, easy machining & cost-effective.
