This 25CrMnTi alloy steel gear shaft is engineered for power transmission drivetrain applications. With module 3.5, 24 teeth, and 30-degree pressure angle, it provides reliable torque transfer with smooth meshing characteristics. The carburizing and hardening process delivers HRC 58-62 surface hardness while maintaining a tough, ductile core for impact resistance and fatigue durability.
